im cold *whines*

I like these cold, gray winter days. Days like these let you savor a bad mood.

my friend bewbs was complaining to me today about how its cold. really cold indoors. dont ask me why the heater isnt on, apparently its ineffective in penetrating the silky smoothness that is her skin. PHAW! what a load of hooey. so i asked her how many layers she was wearing and she replied, 3. PATHETIC! you fully need at least 5 to be warm. i detailed this to her as follows: a long sleeve shirt, 2 tshirts on top of that, then a sweater, then a bigger sweater, then a coat. Then for your bottom tight pants or jeans, then baggy jeans or baggy shorts/boxers, then sweats. socks are useless when layered, just use 2 and put on sherpa slippers. then you can drape yourself in a comforter. then i followed this up with my one peice of practical advice, the only real problem with so many layers is before and after showers and when you want to pee. voila, how to live like a hobo by me.

it was uncharacteristically warm this past week. pleasantly so... because it was the perfect weather to wear a sweater! now if that inst the bestest reason to go out and run, jump and shout in the streets i dont know what is! ive spoken about this to all that matter, sweater weather is by far my most favourite type of weather. however, after the warm weather passed, there was rain. lots of rain. and wind too. a bus shelter was destroyed! my street was a river. was terribly exciting :) but soon, perhaps in a few months im sure sweater weather will return and i can go back to dancing in the streets. until then...

snapple

its a snappy apple or... the drink. it used to be quite popular but then disappeared. where did it go? perhaps i havent gone to a corner store in a while or soemthing to check and see. im still high on my perrier in my old age... except i dont drink perrier. i drink tap water cause im poor. i guess i could attempt to carbonate it myself but i think that would take way too much time and wouldnt be worth the effort... plus where would i get the co2 for the magic to happen? thats a lot respiration on my part...

speaking of respiration... i was sweating the other day cause i was running late and i layered myself thick to battle the weather. i hadnt sweated since the summer... why was i wearing so much clothes? on the bright side, the sweater was nice ;)

i went shopping with bewbs today. hawt. attacted a lot of attention. tehehehe. i went to get my celebratory sweater, its argyle. but it was sold out in my size! woe is me. sometimes i wish i were... umm... larger. if i were larger everything would also be cheaper. and id get bang for my buck. more fabric for a lower cost! you know its true, everything worth getting on that stupid sale rack is XXXL... grr. or perhaps i just wont care if my clothes hang off me so much as to give the impression that its a poncho instead of a sweater. haha. i said poncho. i dont think id ever purchase a celebratory poncho. of course there are some pretty snazzy ponchos out there. like the one martha stewart, my hero, wore out of prison. its a good thing so lets celebrate.

i was cold this morning. my pjs were skin-thin and offered no protection what-so-ever. its really cold these days. crazy fall weather. i like sweater-weather in the fall though, best time of year. its when you can wear a sweater and go outside to play. its too warm for a coat but too cold for a t-shirt. its like the opposite of a rock and a hard place, where youd rather be in the middle! and think of all the wonderful sweaters you can wear. you could go with a crewneck, v-neck, turtle neck, shawl-collar, hoodie, full zip, half zip, full button-up, half button-up, argyll print, striped, cableknit! there are so many more... i <3 sweaters.

so anyways i was looking in my closet for something to wear cause theres no way the heater is being turned on in this household until it drops below. and what do you know, i find clothes ive never seen before. yay random clothes santa came early this year.
