All I have left of the tree is that lemon shaped rock. Wait a minute......there's a lemon behind that rock!!
the zest of an orange or lemon or other citrus fruit is the part with colour on the outside. the pale stuff right under i consider the rind. the zest and rind together compose the peel. or at least thats how i see things.
